The DEKA Clutch Audi / Lamborghini DL800 DCT Upgrade is engineered to fortify the 8-speed dual-clutch transmission found in performance vehicles like the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan. As engine performance increases, it is essential for the transmission to keep pace. DEKA addresses this by meticulously replacing high-wear OEM parts with superior components, including CNC-machined billet elements and increased friction discs, assembled with expert craftsmanship. This upgrade focuses on enhancing the transmission's ability to handle increased power output, offering greater holding power and durability while reducing clutch slippage for a more responsive feel. The DL800 DCT upgrade is available in various stages, each providing a higher torque rating to suit different performance goals, driver preferences, and budgets. The Stage 1 variation offers an OEM feel with a torque rating of 1,200 N·m. It includes seven large and seven small DCT® Heavy Duty Friction Discs, along with eight large and eight small DCT® Heavy Duty Steel Discs. This configuration ensures a balance of performance enhancement and drivability for street applications. For more demanding applications, DEKA offers higher-tier upgrades such as Stage 2, Stage 3, HD1800, HD2000, and Race Pro-Xtreme. These stages progressively increase the torque capacity and incorporate more robust billet components, making them suitable for track-prepared vehicles and extreme performance builds.
