MODE Auto Concepts covers the cost of return shipping and includes insurance for the package. Please note that this service is for one clone operation and does not include a bootmod3 license, which can be purchased separately. Customers should be aware that MODE Auto Concepts is not liable for DMEs that arrive damaged or dead on arrival during shipping. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs to MODE, while the service fee covers return shipping and insurance.
