Description

The Dedicated Motorsports DMS Heat Exchanger, co-developed with CSF, is a direct bolt-in replacement designed to significantly enhance the cooling performance of your C7 Z06. It is constructed with -12 ORB threaded fittings on all four coolant passages, providing flexibility for customized setups. Four OEM-style push-lock fittings are included as standard, with an option to upgrade to -12AN fittings. The DMS Heat Exchanger is CNC-machined and has undergone rigorous testing for leak resistance, vibration, thermal cycles, and corrosion. Its design ensures it maintains airflow to the A/C condenser and radiator. Fitment is specifically for the 2015–2019 Chevrolet C7 Z06. The heat exchanger also features dimensions of 22"x9.5"x2.2" without fittings, and undergoes a 30-point fitment inspection for OEM fit assurance.
