Designed to reduce strut tower movement by connecting them together, it is particularly useful in MacPherson systems, where the strut tower and shock absorber are directly involved and form an integral part of the suspension kinematics. The front strut bar can transmit, contain, and distribute the forces generated between one strut tower and the other, allowing both to share the load and preventing relative movement. All of this results in improved handling, better steering response, and enhanced control of the suspensions characteristic angles.
