Description

The do88 BigPack is a performance intercooler kit for Volvo S60, V70, S60R, V70R, and XC70 models (2003-2007). It includes an all-aluminum intercooler with CAD-designed end tanks and optimized core, and 2.5"/2.75" mandrel-bent aluminum pressure pipes. The kit replaces the entire system from the turbo outlet to the throttle body, improving airflow and cooling efficiency. It features custom-made, 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforced silicone hoses (black for this MPN) capable of handling high temperatures and pressures. This upgrade significantly outperforms OEM components.
