The do88 Big Pack is the best performance intercooler kit for SAAB NG9-5 Turbo6 2.8T, designed for high horsepower applications. It includes a do88 performance intercooler and a pressure pipe kit. The intercooler is an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core for maximum cooling efficiency and minimal pressure drop. The pressure pipes are 2.5” / 2.75” mandrel-bent seamless aluminum. The kit also includes custom-made high-quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement, capable of handling high temperatures and pressures. This Big Pack replaces all components between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, offering significant improvements over OEM parts, especially after an engine software tune.
