do88 14-17 Volkswagen Polo GTI 1.8T/Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8T EA888 BigPack Kit + Turbo Muffler Delete

This BigPack kit includes a do88 performance intercooler and a complete 2.5" pipe kit with silicone hoses. It replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, significantly improving airflow and cooling performance. The intercooler features an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core for maximum cooling efficiency and minimal pressure drop. The pressure pipes are made from 2.5" mandrel-bent seamless aluminum, and the custom-made silicone hoses have 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement, built to handle high temperatures and pressure. The kit also includes a connection for methanol injection (1/8 -27 NPT) with a blanking plug. An optional upgraded do88 Turbo Muffler Delete can be added for further performance gains; otherwise, the kit is compatible with the OE/stock turbo muffler. The do88 BigPack is intended for vehicles with high horsepower goals and will provide a performance increase after an engine software tune. All necessary installation hardware is included.
