do88 2017+ Audi RS3 Sportback/Sedan 2.5T (8V/8Y) BigPack Intercooler Kit

This comprehensive do88 BigPack includes a performance intercooler and charge pipe kit designed for the Audi RS3 8V and 8Y. The intercooler features a 97mm thick Garrett core, rated for up to 1000hp, with an 118% increase in core volume and 80% larger active cooling area compared to OEM. It effectively lowers inlet air temperature by 32°C and increases airflow by 31% at 0.125 bar pressure drop. The kit also includes a mandrel-bent 70mm (2 ¾") aluminum charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler and a cast aluminum charge pipe from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body with an 86mm hose connection. It incorporates two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT connections suitable for methanol injection or boost pressure sensors. Hoses are reinforced with four layers for durability, secured with strong hose clamps. A chromoly crash beam is also included.
