Description

The do88 BigPack is designed for high horsepower goals in Volvo 740 and 940 Turbos (1992-1998). This kit, including a performance intercooler and pipe kit, significantly improves airflow and cooling over the OEM setup. The intercooler is an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core. The kit features 2.5” mandrel-bent aluminum pressure pipes and custom-made, 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforced silicone hoses for high temperatures and pressure. It replaces everything between the turbo outlet and throttle body. A performance increase is evident even with just an engine software tune. All necessary installation hardware is included.
