Description

The do88 BigPack Performance Intercooler Kit significantly improves airflow and cooling performance for Volvo 740 and 940 Turbo models from 1992-1998. It features an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and a custom core design, replacing OEM components. The pressure pipes are made from 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum, and the silicone hoses have 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement for high temperature and pressure handling. The kit includes all necessary installation hardware, though slight trimming of OEM intercooler rubber supports may be needed, and pre-drilled holes for the AC-condenser may need to be added.
