Description

High-performance intercooler kit for Volvo 740 and 940 Turbo models (1992-1998) designed for high horsepower applications. Includes an all-aluminum performance intercooler with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core. The kit also features 2.5” mandrel-bent aluminum pressure pipes and custom-made silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. Improves airflow and cooling, offering significant gains over OEM. Installation may require minor trimming of OEM intercooler rubber supports and drilling for the AC-condenser. All necessary hardware is included.
