do88 BMW G-Series B58 Gen 2/Toyota GR Supra MK5 (A90) Charge Cooler Manifold

The do88 Charge Cooler Manifold enhances B58 engine performance by addressing weak points in the factory system. The B58 engine features a water-to-air charge cooler integrated into the intake manifold. Tuned B58 engines often experience rapid heat soak, leading to reduced power or limp-home mode. The factory plastic intake manifold restricts airflow and is prone to cracking under high boost. The do88 solution includes a Bar&Plate design air-water core (102mm thick with 11 water cooling rows) for superior heat transfer, innovatively designed cast end tanks for even distribution, and compatibility with the standard engine cover (with modifications for auxiliary fuel rail on BMW 340i F30/F31). It's pre-configured for auxiliary port fuel injection (optional fuel rail sold separately, compatible with Injector Dynamics ID1050x-34-14 or Bosch EV14XK injectors) and features 1/8” NPT ports on each cylinder runner for nitrous or methanol injection. An integrated sensor pad with three 1/8” NPT ports allows for additional measurements or vacuum sources. A thermal barrier spacer is included to insulate the aluminum manifold from cylinder head heat, reducing IATs and heat soak. The manifold is made from aluminum to withstand higher boost pressures. It offers easy access to the spin-off oil filter and is a plug-and-play design.
