The do88 TR-370 (ICM-370) is an intercooler for Saab 9-5 (NG) 2010-2011 models. It offers an 81% larger core volume (14,048 cm³ vs 7,735 cm³ OE) and 16% larger frontal area (2,810 cm² vs 2,417 cm² OE). This results in 21% higher airflow (410 CFM vs 339 CFM OE) at 0.15bar/2.18psi pressure drop and a 13°C lower post-intercooler air temperature (22°C vs 35°C OE). It's constructed from aluminum with continuous welds and cast end tanks for optimal airflow. Machined fastening points ensure a direct "drop-in" fitment using original hoses. Development included 3D-scanning, CAD (SolidWorks), CFD, and Superflow SF1020 flowbench verification. It improves engine performance and heat management for both standard and tuned vehicles. All necessary hardware and instructions are included.
