do88 SAAB 9-3 2.8t V6 2006- Intercooler

This performance intercooler is developed by do88 to replace the original/OEM intercooler. It offers significant advantages over the OEM intercooler:
- Core volume: 13770m3 (OEM: 7725cm3), do88 is 78% larger!
- Air flow at 0.15bar/2.18psi pressure drop: 356CFM (OEM: 329CFM), do88 is 8% higher!
- Post intercooler air temperature at same conditions: 36°C (OEM: 57°C), do88 is 21°C lower!
The do88 performance intercooler is an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design for best possible cooling efficiency and lowest possible pressure drop. It comes with all hardware necessary for installation, including brackets for the radiator, AC-condenser, and air guides. It is designed to improve performance and reliability, especially after engine software tuning, as OEM intercoolers with plastic tanks may not handle higher boost levels well.
