Description

The do88 BigPack is a performance intercooler and pipe kit for Volvo S60, V60, XC60, V90, S90, and XC90 (SPA platform) T8 Petrol models. It's designed for high horsepower applications, drastically improving airflow and cooling performance over OEM. The kit includes a full aluminum intercooler and a complete 63mm (2.5") and 70mm (2.75") pipe kit with 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforced silicone hoses. It replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body. CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design ensure high cooling efficiency and low pressure drop. Performance gains are most notable after an engine software tune.
