Description

The A1 Remanufacturing Inc. 18-4038 is a disc brake caliper designed as a standard replacement part. This caliper is constructed from cast iron and features a silver, coated finish. It includes caliper slides and grease for installation.

This caliper is a semi-loaded unit, meaning it comes with essential components but does not include brake pads. It has a floating caliper type with a single steel piston measuring 74.55 mm. The inlet thread diameter is 0.4375 inches. Application-specific brackets and abutment hardware are included where required to simplify installation, along with new EPDM rubber seals and dust boots for heat resistance and leak prevention. Every unit is tested for pressure and fit to ensure reliability.
