DOM Steel Lower Control Arms

The BMR Suspension TCA015 is a set of non-adjustable, polyurethane lower control arms engineered to enhance the performance of your vehicle's chassis. Constructed from robust 1 5/8-inch DOM steel tubing, these arms are designed to significantly reduce deflection under load, which commonly occurs with stock stamped steel control arms. This heavy-duty construction eliminates control arm flex, leading to improved repeatability during cornering, launching, and acceleration. Equipped with greasable, 95-durometer polyurethane bushings, the TCA015 provides a more solid and responsive connection between the chassis and wheels. The internal fluting of the bushings ensures even grease distribution, lubricating the inner sleeve and thrust surface for quiet and reliable operation throughout their lifespan. These bushings are formulated to offer a balance between compliance for acceptable NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) levels and firmness to withstand the high loads experienced in performance driving. BMR Suspension designed the TCA015 for versatility, making them suitable for street performance, drag racing, and road race applications. By minimizing control arm flex and bushing deflection, these arms contribute to more consistent handling on the street, at the starting line, and in corners. The integrated spring perch is also built from heavy-duty plate steel for added strength. These lower control arms are available in red and black hammertone powdercoat finishes for durability and aesthetics. Installation time is estimated at 1-2 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A., the TCA015 control arms are designed to the factory length for a direct fit. The manufacturer specifies fitment for Ford Mustang models from 1979-1993.
