The Genuine BMW DOT 4 brake fluid is a premium, low-viscosity fluid engineered for modern BMW braking systems, including those with ABS and DSC. Manufactured in Germany, this genuine OEM fluid comes in a 12 fl oz (355ml) bottle and is formulated to meet stringent automotive standards, conforming to FMVSS NO. 116 and SAE J1703. With a dry boiling point of 265°C (509°F) and a wet boiling point of 175°C (347°F), this brake fluid offers excellent thermal stability to ensure consistent performance under demanding driving conditions. Its low viscosity is particularly beneficial for the precise operation of contemporary anti-lock braking and dynamic stability control systems. This brake fluid is compatible with a wide range of BMW models, as indicated by extensive fitment data that includes vehicles from the 1600 series through modern M models like the M6 and 1 Series M.
