The Turner Motorsport Double Adjustable Short Shift Kit is engineered to significantly improve the feel and performance of your E46 M3's shifter. Addressing the common BMW shifter shortcomings of long throws and imprecise feel, this kit provides a customizable solution for both daily drivers and track enthusiasts. The design allows for independent adjustment of both knob height (22mm range) and shifter throw, with a combined reduction of 43% to 60% over the stock E46 M3 shifter. Adjustments can be made conveniently from inside the vehicle using small hex keys. The shift levers and bearing cup assembly are crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type II anodization for superior corrosion resistance. The kit includes a black Delrin shift knob and is compatible with the standard 3/8-16 thread size, allowing for various knob choices. The "Quick Change" feature enables easy swapping between a standard height lever and a taller "Rally Style" lever for a closer grip to the steering wheel, beneficial for spirited driving. The kit is specifically designed to fit the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 models equipped with the S54 3.2L engine.
