Overview

The Slam Specialties SS-6 is a double bellow air bag designed for air suspension systems. It features a 6-inch diameter and a single 1/2" NPT port, with a pressure rating of 250psi. The air bag is constructed with 6061-T6 CNC machined aluminum for the port and mounting inserts.

This air bag includes internal bumpstops and a non-ballooning design for stable performance. It is manufactured by Slam Specialties in the USA and is designed to replace components like the 255c/2500. It is sold individually and intended for off-road use only.

The Slam Specialties SS-6 is a double bellow air bag engineered for custom air suspension setups. It offers a stable design with internal bumpstops and a non-ballooning characteristic, allowing it to expand upwards for maximum lift without excessive width. This design helps it fit into tighter installation spaces while providing a better ride, more stroke, and higher pressure ratings. Constructed from durable 6061-T6 CNC machined aluminum, the SS-6 features a 6-inch diameter and a single 1/2" NPT port, capable of handling pressures up to 250psi. It includes upper and lower mounting inserts, also made from 6061-T6 machined aluminum, with 3/8-16 threads. The bag offers a minimum collapsed height of 2.7 inches and a maximum height of 11 inches. Designed and manufactured by Slam Specialties in the USA, the SS-6 is intended to replace common components such as the 255c/2500. It is sold individually.
