The Metra 95-5701 is a stereo installation kit designed to facilitate the installation of an aftermarket 4-inch tall Double-DIN receiver in specific Ford F-Series trucks and Bronco models. This dash kit provides a seamless transition by offering a textured black finish that mimics the OEM dashboard aesthetic. Please note that this installation process is not a simple drop-in; modifications to the factory dash panel are required to accommodate the larger radio size. Detailed instructions are provided to guide you through these necessary modifications. Regarding compatibility and electrical integration, this kit is specifically for 1992-1996 Ford Bronco, 1992-1996 Ford F-150, and 1992-1997 Ford F-250/F-350 trucks. Wiring harnesses are sold separately and are required for the connection: use harness 70-1770 for standard models or 70-5510 for amplified models. No antenna adapter is required for this installation.
