Bosch, a name with over a century of experience in spark plug manufacturing, offers this Double Platinum series as a quality upgrade over standard copper-core plugs. The plug features a fine wire electrode technology for better ignitability and higher performance. Its double platinum construction, with both the center and ground electrodes utilizing pure platinum, significantly extends service life and boosts performance. Constructed with a nickel-plated shell and rolled threads, this spark plug offers excellent corrosion resistance and anti-seize properties, simplifying future maintenance. Furthermore, the 360-degree laser-welded tip enhances durability, providing up to three times the service life of standard spark plugs. Key specifications include a 14mm thread diameter, 1.25mm thread pitch, 26.5mm thread length, and a 16mm hex size. Bosch spark plugs are designed and tested to meet original manufacturer specifications, ensuring a precise fit and optimal function. The specifications for this FR8MPP33X model include an electrode gap of 1mm, a tightening torque of 28 Nm, and a ground electrode quantity of one.
