The Speedmaster 1-148-005 is a downdraft EFI stack intake manifold system specifically engineered for Chrysler 6.1L HEMI engines. This complete polished system utilizes an 8-stack, individual throttle body (ITB) design. Fuel and air are delivered through precision-cast aluminum 50mm IDA-style throttle bodies, which are designed to allow for superior idle characteristics and astounding throttle response. The downdraft design of this intake manifold allows for a more direct airflow path to the intake ports, enhancing charging efficiency. This system is constructed from durable aluminum and features a polished finish for an enhanced aesthetic under the hood. The ITB configuration offers precise control over each cylinder, leading to improved performance. This intake manifold system is compatible with Chrysler 6.1L HEMI engines. Additional components, such as an EFI sensor kit (PCE651.1009), may be required for complete installation and optimal functionality.
