The 034Motorsport Stainless Steel Racing Downpipe for the Mk8 GTI is an upgrade over the factory downpipe, designed to increase horsepower and torque, reduce turbocharger lag, and enhance the exhaust note. It features organic geometry, a Euro4 300-Cell racing catalytic converter, integrated v-band flange, oxygen sensor bung, OEM-style corrugated flex bellow, and factory-location exhaust hanger. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded & backpurged for durability, with a titanium-look finish for corrosion resistance, and an integrated OE-style heat isolation barrier. Key features include increased HP & TQ, quicker turbo spool, enhanced exhaust note, direct bolt-in upgrade for FWD, OE style heat shielding, and 304 stainless steel construction.
