The Spelab DPF & Cat Delete Pipe is engineered to replace the restrictive factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter on Ford 6.7L Powerstroke F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks from 2011 to 2024. Constructed from durable T409 stainless steel with a 2mm thickness, this pipe features mandrel-bent construction to ensure maximum flow efficiency and heat resistance. By removing the DPF, this delete pipe aims to increase exhaust flow, which can lead to significant improvements in fuel mileage, with users reporting gains from approximately 13-14 MPG to 18-19 MPG combined. It also eliminates the need for costly DPF cleanings or replacements and prevents potential DPF failure issues. Paired with an ECU remap, this modification is stated to increase motor performance, power, and torque. Installation is estimated to take about 1 hour with basic hand tools, though cutting may be required for certain configurations. When choosing between 4-inch and 5-inch diameters, the 5-inch pipe offers a deeper tone with less drone, making it suitable for towing and performance builds, while the 4-inch pipe is better for stock to lightly-modded trucks.
