DPF & Cat Delete Pipe with CCV Reroute

The Spelab DPF & Cat Delete Pipe is a comprehensive, all-in-one kit engineered for off-road 2020-2024 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250, F350, and F450 models. This kit addresses common engine issues by eliminating the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and includes an upgraded Crankcase Ventilation (CCV) reroute with EZ Lynk tuning support. Its primary goals are to enhance fuel efficiency, boost horsepower, and extend engine life by removing restrictive emissions components. Key benefits include an upgraded CCV reroute featuring a one-piece CNC billet aluminum build for leakproof sealing and proprietary Clean-Route™ technology with an extended hose to safely divert blow-by fumes to the tailpipe, ensuring a completely odor-free cabin. By allowing the engine to breathe freely without restrictive "regen" cycles, the kit significantly boosts MPG. Lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) through EGR removal protects head gaskets and internal components from heat stress, while preventing soot and carbon recirculation keeps the intake system clean and engine oil healthier for longer. The kit offers selectable tunes (SOTF) for easy switching between power levels and a seamless installation process that allows flashing the stock ECM through the OBD port without requiring an ECM swap. Customers can choose from various DPF pipe options, including a 4" DPF Race Pipe for maximum flow and a moderate sound increase, a 4" Pipe with Muffler for daily drivers and towing with a tamer, drone-free exhaust note, or a 5" Downpipe-Back for high horsepower builds seeking a deep, "big rig" sound and maximum EGT reduction. A 5" Pipe with Muffler offers a balance of performance and sound control, while a 5" Dual Exit is suited for show trucks. The kit requires an aftermarket tune and is intended for off-road use only. It is important to note that tuning does not support PTO units, and the tuner for 2020-2022 models differs from that for 2023-2024 models. The kit **does not fit Cab & Chassis trucks** or 2500 models with air-ride suspension.
