The SPELAB DPF/DEF/EGR All-in-One Delete Kit is engineered for 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke F250, F350, and F450 trucks. It addresses the failure-prone factory emissions systems, which are known to cause catastrophic engine damage, by providing a comprehensive solution to remove them. By eliminating these restrictions, this kit unlocks substantial horsepower and torque gains, significantly improves fuel economy by removing exhaust backpressure and stopping wasted fuel during regeneration cycles, and creates a more reliable and durable truck for demanding performance and heavy towing applications. It also reduces engine operating temperatures by lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and cylinder heat, which is crucial for extending the life of the 6.4L engine, especially when towing or under load. This kit includes either the Mini Maxx V2 Tuner, featuring a vibrant color screen for easy navigation, on-the-fly power level changes, critical engine parameter monitoring, code reading/clearing, and tire size adjustments, or the Mini Maxx V1 Tuner, which delivers tailored power gains from 0-250 HP with integrated safety features and code-free removal of DPF and EGR systems. Both tuners offer chain-of-control safety protocols and parameter monitoring for easy customization. The kit also includes an EGR Delete Kit and a DPF Delete component. For optimal performance and to prevent error codes, it is strongly recommended to install the full kit, including the tuner, DPF pipe, and EGR components, in one session, as the included tuning is programmed to work with all components installed. The Mini Maxx V2 tuner will disable all regeneration cycles and remove related dash notifications, so your truck will no longer prompt for regen or display DPF-related messages.
