The Spelab DPF/DEF/EGR/Gen-2 CCV All-in-One Delete Kit is a comprehensive solution for 2020-2024 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250, F350, and F450 owners looking to enhance performance and longevity. This removal aims to boost fuel efficiency by eliminating "regen" cycles, lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) to protect engine components, and keep the intake system cleaner by preventing soot recirculation. It also features an upgraded Crankcase Ventilation (CCV) reroute with a one-piece CNC billet aluminum build for a leakproof seal and a longer hose to safely divert blow-by fumes. The kit supports EZ Lynk tuning, offering options for a Single Tune (Stock Optimized) or a Selectable Tunes (SOTF) package, allowing for quick switching between multiple power levels. The tuning process involves flashing the stock ECM through the OBD port, with no ECM swap required. The EZ Lynk device also functions as a diagnostic scan tool for reading and clearing trouble codes and can act as an Electronic Logging Device (ELD). Customers can choose from various DPF pipe options, including a 4" DPF Race Pipe, a 4" Pipe with Muffler, a 5" Downpipe-Back, a 5" Pipe with Muffler, or a 5" Dual Exit. For daily drivers and towing applications, the muffler versions are recommended to prevent cabin drone. The 5" Downpipe-Back is suggested for high horsepower builds seeking maximum EGT reduction and an aggressive sound. Important considerations include that all tunes are custom and non-refundable, and EZ Lynk tuning files can take 7-10 business days to create. This kit does not support PTO units and does not fit Cab & Chassis trucks.
