The Rawtek Passat TDI (12-14) ECO Kit offers a comprehensive solution for eliminating emissions control components on your 2.0L CR TDI engine. This package includes all hardware for a complete Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and Adblue delete, while retaining your factory muffler for a sound profile only slightly louder than stock. For enhanced sound control, resonator options are available. The downpipe features a durable 304-grade stainless steel construction with a 2-3/4" ID constant diameter and a smooth flare from the turbo outlet, ensuring maximum exhaust flow. Rawtek has engineered this downpipe to maximize performance and reliability, utilizing a centering sleeve on the inlet for proper turbo outlet alignment and leak prevention. Installation time is estimated at 5-6 hours, depending on experience and tools. The kit includes a DPF & EGR Delete Downpipe for VW TDI CR140, a DPF & EGR Delete Exhaust 3" Midpipe for 2.0L CR TDI, an EGR Block Off Plate, a reducer adapter, exhaust gasket, strap clamps, and stainless steel nuts and bolts. This kit is a 100% bolt-on application.
