DPF/EGR Delete Kit

This comprehensive DPF and EGR delete kit from Spelab is engineered to unlock the full potential and reliability of your 6.0L Powerstroke by eliminating its most restrictive and problematic factory systems. By removing the EGR and DPF, you can expect reduced turbo lag, sharper throttle response, and significant power gains, along with improved reliability and efficiency due to lower engine temperatures and prevention of carbon buildup. The system is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant T-409 stainless steel, providing a deeper, more powerful exhaust tone. Installation of this kit requires a DPF delete capable tuner to prevent check engine lights and diagnostic trouble codes, as emission-related sensors are removed. It is designed for 2003.5-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Pickup Trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine, specifically for Automatic transmissions and EC-CC/SB-LB-Dually configurations. Please note that this kit is not compatible with Cab & Chassis models. The kit includes a Mini Maxx Tuner V1, EGR Delete Kit, and either a 4" Turbo-Back Race Exhaust System or a 3.5" DPF Race Pipe Exhaust System, depending on your selection.
