DPF & EGR Max Performance Kit

The Aftermath Tuning DPF & EGR Max Performance Kit is engineered to significantly enhance your 2009-2014 VW Golf TDI's performance, reliability, and fuel economy. By eliminating the restrictive Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, factory catalytic converters, and OEM muffler, this kit allows exhaust gases to flow more freely, leading to increased power and efficiency. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the downpipe features 3″ OD Schedule 10 pipe (1/8″ thick) with a smooth flare from the turbo outlet and a centering sleeve for optimal flow and leak prevention. The midpipe is constructed from 3″ OD 16 gauge tubing, and the cat-back exhaust system uses 2.5″ OD 16 gauge tubing. The kit includes all necessary hardware for a 100% bolt-on installation, with an estimated installation time of around 6 hours. This kit requires ECU tuning to function properly. Options for tuning include Stage 1 and Stage 2, along with optional features like Launch Control (manual only), Dynamic Idle, CP3 HPFP Tuning, and Glow Plug Extension. A Flashzilla Pro USB-OBD tool may be required to load the tunes onto your vehicle. Benefits of this kit can include up to a 70 hp increase (reaching 210 hp), up to a 150 ft-lbs torque increase (reaching 386 ft-lbs), and up to a 20% improvement in fuel economy (+10 mpg).
