DQ381 DSG Tune

The Integrated Engineering DSG Tune (IESOVX3) is a software upgrade designed to enhance the performance of your DQ381 automatic transmission. This tune reworks the drive mapping to provide a more enthusiast-friendly experience, shifting at higher RPMs to prevent lugging the engine and improving downshift response for quicker power delivery. It also increases clutch pressure to safely handle more torque, leading to increased acceleration and more aggressive launches. Take-off lag is reduced through a reworked clutch engagement. This tune is flashed directly through the OBD-II port using the IE PowerLink cable and the IE Flash Wizard software. The software requires a Windows 10 or newer operating system, a laptop or tablet with WiFi and USB, a 1.0GHz or greater processor, and 4GB of RAM. The IE DSG Tune is developed alongside the IE ECU Tune for optimal performance when used together. The tune is permanently registered to the vehicle and non-transferable, except upon vehicle ownership transfer. This tune is compatible with the following DSG transmission equipped vehicles: Volkswagen GTI 2019-2021 (MK7.5), Volkswagen GLI 2019-2022 (MK7), Volkswagen Golf R 2018-2021 (MK7.5), Audi A3 2019-2021 (8V), Audi S3 2018-2021 (8V), and Audi TTS 2019-2021 (8S). A clutch recalibration program is recommended after installation.
