Show original supplier description
The Cobra Boulevard Exhaust System Drag Pipes offer an aggressive look and improved sound for your Honda Shadow VLX. This 2-into-2 system is crafted from high-grade steel with a brilliant chrome finish and features 1-5/8 inch diameter pipes with slash-cut tips. Installation is made straightforward with the inclusion of all necessary mounting hardware. However, for carbureted models, re-jetting is recommended for optimal performance. For fuel-injected models, the installation of a Power Commander is advised. Exhaust gaskets are sold separately and are recommended for every exhaust system installation. This Cobra Boulevard Drag Pipe system is specifically designed for 1988-1989, 1991-1997, and 1999-2007 Honda VT600C Shadow VLX, as well as 1993-2007 Honda VT600CD Shadow VLX Deluxe and 1999-2000 Honda VT600CD2 Shadow VLX models. Please note that exhaust discoloration (bluing) is a result of engine conditions and not manufacturing defects, and therefore is not covered by warranty. Additionally, due to emission regulations, this part cannot be shipped to California.
