DRIVE SHAFT

The TrakMotive FDP-199 is a 100% new drive shaft assembly designed to transfer power from the transmission to the front or rear axles. It features constant velocity joints along with single or double Cardan joints, enabling operation at constantly changing angles and speeds. All units are machine balanced to ensure trouble-free service, and include premium forged 3-layer sealed u-joints for maintenance-free life and higher torque handling. The u-joint cups are packed with premium lithium grease for better lubrication and resistance to extreme temperatures. A durable coating protects the shaft from corrosion, and TPE dust boots provide enhanced resistance to deformation, debris, oils, heat cycling, and ozone. A special low friction sliding joint spline coating extends service life and eliminates clunking noises. Stainless steel band clamps are used for better resistance to deformation and stretching.
