MAHLE CLEVITE P-Series Standard Size Tri-Metal Main Bearing Set. Considered an upgrade over stock due to three-layer construction: cast intermediate layer of copper-lead alloy and an electro-plated lead-base overlay material. Offers superior seizure resistance (up to 35% greater than bi-metal bearings), over 50% higher load capacity, improved embeddability & conformability, and durability exceeding OE requirements for light (150,000 miles) and heavy vehicles (300,000 miles). Wall sizes held to within .0005” tolerances.
