Driver-Side Seat Base Bracket

Constructed from robust 3/16 inch thick steel, it features hand-welded seams for superior strength and durability, ensuring it will not bend or warp under heat. This seat base is designed with pre-drilled slots to accommodate sliders from a wide range of major aftermarket seat manufacturers, including Sparco, Recaro, OMP, Cobra, and many others. For enhanced versatility, the bracket includes extra material for direct seat mounting if you choose to eliminate sliders, or for drilling custom hole patterns if your slider has a less common configuration. The unit is finished with a durable black powder coat. A new seat belt bolt may be necessary for installing the factory seat belt with this base. It's important to note that replacing factory seats with aftermarket ones may trigger vehicle warning indicators due to sensors in the original seats (airbag, weight, etc.). While an electronic resistor might resolve these issues, the end-user is responsible for determining compatibility and selecting the correct resistor. Professional installation is recommended for optimal fitment and safety.
