The Planted Left Driver Side Seat Bracket (SB307DR) is a vehicle-specific component designed to adapt your Ford F-150's floor to an aftermarket racing seat. Planted meticulously engineers each bracket by using the actual vehicle floor as a reference, ensuring a precise, bolt-in fit. This bracket is constructed from robust 3/16-inch thick steel, laser-cut, and hand-welded to guarantee exceptional strength and weld penetration. It features a black powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The bracket is pre-slotted to accept sliders from a wide array of popular aftermarket seat manufacturers, including Braum, Bride, Cipher Auto, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, OMP, Racetech, Recaro, Sabelt, Sparco, Status Racing, and Takata. For sliders with less common hole patterns, or for direct seat mounting without sliders, there is additional material provided for custom drilling. Two bolt pattern options are available: Standard (includes Recaro) and Alternate (includes Cobra/Scheel-Mann). Important considerations for installation include the fact that seats vary in shape and size, and not all will fit all vehicles; end-users must verify fitment. Aftermarket seats may also trigger vehicle warning indicators (e.g., airbags, weight sensors) due to the absence of factory components; electronic resistors may be an option, but their compatibility is the end-user's responsibility to determine. Professional installation is recommended. This bracket is specifically designed for the Ford F-150 model years 2015 through 2022.
