The Planted seat bracket is a driver-side mounting adapter designed for 2016-2021 Honda Civic models. It is constructed from 3/16-inch thick, laser-cut steel with a black powder coat finish and is hand-welded for strength.

The Planted seat bracket is a driver-side mounting adapter engineered to provide a bolt-in solution for installing aftermarket seats in 2016-2021 Honda Civic vehicles. Because factory floor pans vary and are typically uneven, this bracket provides a flat, stable platform specifically referenced to the Civic floor. It is laser-cut from 3/16-inch thick steel and hand-welded to ensure penetration and structural durability, finished with a black powder coat for corrosion resistance. Each bracket is pre-slotted with hole patterns to accept sliders from major aftermarket seat manufacturers, including Braum, Bride, Cipher Auto, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, OMP, Racetech, Recaro, Sabelt, Sparco, and others. Additional material is provided on the bracket to allow for drilling custom hole patterns if utilizing less common hardware or direct-mounting seats without sliders. Professional installation is recommended. Note that installing aftermarket seats may trigger vehicle warning indicators related to airbag, weight, or other seat sensors; users may need to determine if an electronic resistor is required to eliminate these lights. Because seating positions can vary, users should confirm seat-to-vehicle fitment, and be aware that steering wheel offset may be accentuated by the different size of an aftermarket seat.
