The Planted Seat Bracket is a driver's side (LH) seat bracket designed as an adapter between the vehicle floor and an aftermarket seat. It is laser cut from 3/16 inch thick steel and hand welded for superior strength. The bracket features pre-slotted hole patterns compatible with sliders from most major seat manufacturers and includes extra space for custom drilling. It is finished with a black powder coat.

The Planted Seat Bracket is a vehicle-specific component engineered to facilitate the installation of aftermarket seats in your 2016-2021 Chevrolet Camaro. As a driver's side (LH) bracket, it acts as a crucial adapter between the vehicle's floor pan and your chosen aftermarket seat and its accessories. Planted meticulously designs each bracket by referencing the actual vehicle floor, ensuring a precise fit. The construction involves laser cutting 3/16-inch thick steel, followed by hand welding to guarantee robust penetration and exceptional strength, preventing bending or warping. For unique slider designs or direct seat mounting without sliders, there is ample additional space on the bracket to drill custom mounting holes. The bracket is finished in a durable black powder coat for enhanced corrosion resistance. It is important to note that seats vary significantly in size and shape, and not all seats will universally fit within all vehicles. The end-user is responsible for verifying seat fitment before ordering the bracket and associated components. Additionally, aftermarket seat installation may affect vehicle warning indicators, such as airbags or weight sensors present in the factory seat. While electronic resistors might be used to mitigate these indicators, it is the user's responsibility to determine their compatibility and correct application. Professional installation is recommended for optimal safety and fitment.
