The Rock Slide Engineering BD-SS-200-JL2D running boards are designed for the Jeep Wrangler JL 2-door (2018-2023). They function as both a step and a rock slider. Key features include 3rd generation step sliders with smart motor technology (no gas strut) for increased longevity and consistent deployment/retraction, and a sleep mode to minimize battery drainage. The step deploys 12 inches down and retracts flush. Constructed from 10-gauge steel with a textured black powder coat, the internals are made of stainless steel and aluminum to prevent rusting. Installation is plug-and-play, no-drill, using factory mounting points, and includes a stand-alone wire harness. Made in the USA.
