The D&D Exhaust Fat Cat 2:1 Full Exhaust System is a stepped header system designed for Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail models from 1984-2017. It features 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" stepped headers at the collector and a 2 1/2" muffler connection. The system includes heat shields, gaskets, a bolt kit, and various baffle options tailored for different engine sizes. It is dyno-tested to provide 8-10% gains in low-end torque and horsepower with proper tuning. This exhaust system includes 12mm and 18mm O2 sensor bungs. It is intended for close course racing only and is not for use on pollution-controlled vehicles. The muffler is longer, designed to fit with saddlebags.
