The Aeromotive 5.0 Brushless Gear Pump is an electric fuel pump designed for high-performance applications. It delivers 5 gallons per minute (GPM) at 13.5-V and 40-PSI. This pump features an integral, internal Spur-Gear pumping mechanism for higher pressures with minimal flow drop, with a continuous operating pressure of 90 PSI and a peak pressure of up to 150 PSI. Brushless motors provide increased torque capacity, motor efficiency, and extended service life, especially with methanol and ethanol fuels. The pump is lighter and has reduced current draw at higher EFI pressures. It includes an integral, external brushless controller for clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. The pump is universal and supports both fuel injected and carbureted engines on various fuel types.
