Description

The Dana Spicer 905116-3822 is a genuine Spicer differential ring and pinion kit for various Dana axle models including DSP40, DSP41, DS344, 404, 405, and 454. This kit features a 3.70 gear ratio with 10 pinion teeth and 37 ring teeth. Manufactured to Dana's rigorous standards in Mexico, these gears undergo statistical heat treatment for optimal hardness and three-axis face hobbing to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness. Shot peening is applied to double fatigue life, and the gears are luberized to eliminate the break-in period often required by aftermarket alternatives.
