The BMR Suspension Driveshaft Safety Loop (DSL018) provides critical safety enhancement for your vehicle's drivetrain, ensuring compliance with NHRA regulations for drag racing and offering peace of mind for street use. Constructed from robust 1/4-inch laser-cut and CNC-formed plate steel, this safety loop is designed to contain a driveshaft in the event of catastrophic failure, preventing it from damaging the vehicle's floor or track surface. Installation is straightforward, utilizing OE mounting holes on the factory transmission crossmember and secured with the included Grade 8 hardware. It is available in two durable powdercoat finishes: black hammertone and red. The estimated installation time is approximately one hour.
