The BMR Suspension DSL017R is a driveshaft safety loop designed to contain a driveshaft in the event of a failure. It attaches to the factory transmission crossmember with supplied Grade 8 hardware. This loop is suitable for street, drag race, and top speed applications.

The BMR Suspension DSL017R driveshaft safety loop is engineered to prevent a driveshaft from ripping through the floor or digging into the track should a failure occur. It features a 100% bolt-on design, requiring no fabrication and installing in approximately one hour using the factory transmission crossmember mounting points and supplied Grade 8 hardware. Constructed from 1/4-inch laser-cut plate steel, this safety loop is designed for street, drag race, and top speed applications. It complies with NHRA rules and is required for vehicles running quicker than 13.99 seconds in the quarter mile with sticky tires, or quicker than 11.49 seconds with stock tires. The design is also revised to work with MGW Shifter and ARH exhaust systems. This driveshaft safety loop is proudly made in the U.S.A. and is available in black hammertone and red powdercoat finishes.
