The Dana SPL® 350 Lite Driveshaft is a heavy-duty driveshaft engineered for high-efficiency on-highway trucks, specifically designed to handle increased torque from engine downspeeding. It integrates into an overall powertrain solution (e.g., with AdvanTEK 40 tandem axle) to maintain efficiency and prevent drivetrain stress. This driveshaft offers original-equipment quality with a life expectancy of up to a million miles in downsped engine powertrains. It features a High Power Density™ (HPD™) design, including a universal joint with 40% more torque capacity and twice the bearing life compared to competitors. An optional service-free design is available.
