Under mild conditions, stock brake hoses can expand with each brake pedal application, leading to a soft pedal and reduced braking efficiency. During racing or high-performance driving, these stock hoses are prone to leaks or bursts. The result of upgrading to these stainless steel lines is significantly improved braking performance, a firmer and more responsive brake pedal, and increased driver confidence. The product explicitly avoids using factory-style banjo fittings and bolts due to the risk of them becoming dislodged during track or high-performance driving. This kit includes all necessary components for installation: four lines, four adapters, and four washers. The brake lines are designed to fit all C4 Corvette models, specifically including Z07, ZR1, Z51, Convertible (Verts), and base models from 1984-1996.
