Drum to Disc Brake Conversion Kit

The Summit Racing™ Complete Drum-to-Disc Brake Conversion Kit (SUM-BK1501) is engineered to replace your vehicle's original drum brakes with a more powerful and reliable disc brake system. This comprehensive front-end kit provides all the necessary components for a significant upgrade in braking performance and consistency. This kit includes a power brake booster for improved pedal feel, a master cylinder with adequate fluid capacity, proportioning valve kit (where applicable), 11-inch diameter vented solid rotors, and single-piston cast iron calipers. It also comes with new bearings, seals, dust caps, spindle nuts, washers, brake hoses, banjo bolts, and all required installation hardware. Front spindles are included to facilitate the conversion, maintaining stock height. The kit is designed with a 5 x 4.75-inch bolt pattern and is compatible with D52 caliper equivalents. Installation of this kit requires a minimum wheel size of 15 inches. It is crucial to note that this kit does not feature a parking brake provision. The Summit Racing™ conversion kits are available in standard and ultra versions; the ultra versions include cross-drilled, slotted rotors and braided brake lines.
