DRY CARBON Doors

The Anderson Composites DRY CARBON Doors are a premium exterior upgrade for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang, designed to significantly reduce weight and enhance the vehicle's aggressive aesthetic. These doors are meticulously hand-crafted using an autoclave process with pre-preg 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth. The result is a component with exceptional carbon/resin ratio, leading to high product stiffness and extra strength, while maintaining a consistent weave pattern. Each door is approximately 11.8 lbs, a substantial weight saving compared to the stock OE door's 45.6 lbs. The construction involves a carbon fiber door (A side) bonded to a carbon fiber "skeleton" (B side). Minor adjustments may be necessary during the normal installation process. It is important to note that Anderson Composites DRY carbon products do not have UV protection. Therefore, it is recommended to have them coated with an automotive-grade clear coat containing UV inhibitors if you do not plan to paint or wrap the part. Additionally, these doors are intended for off-road use only and are not street-legal.
