The Password:JDM cooling plate is a precision-crafted dry carbon fiber component designed to improve the efficiency of your 1997-2001 Honda Prelude cooling system. By sealing the gaps around the radiator structure, it minimizes air turbulence and prevents air from escaping over the top of the radiator, ensuring the maximum volume of air is forced directly through the core. This improved airflow helps lower coolant temperatures during high-performance or aggressive driving conditions. Constructed from super-lightweight dry carbon fiber, this plate is significantly lighter than clear-coated carbon alternatives. Please note that this product is finished in natural dry carbon fiber and does not include a UV-protectant clear coat. The manufacturer does not recommend applying a clear coat to these parts; instead, they advise using a spray-on wax or ceramic coating to prevent water spots and white marks. Compatibility is strictly limited to 1997-2001 Honda Prelude models equipped with aftermarket radiators. It will not function with a stock radiator. Because these products are hand-crafted, they may exhibit minor, industry-standard characteristics such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, or resin blemishes; these variations are considered normal and do not affect performance.
